Zerowater - ZW water stinks after 006 reading
They have added something in their filter manufacturing process which melts away and as soon as it reaches 006 value it starts to smell funny. ZW don't have the right to force customer to change their filter.
If someone wants to keep using a filter after its "so called usage period" then its their choice. Thats what Brita does.
I previously changed Brita because it stopped filtering after a certain time because of obvious particle build up in the filter. ZW deliberately intervenes with that choice by adding some sort of stink bomb in their filter that makes it impossible to drink a single drop after ZW decides its time to change and make more $$$
Reason of review: forcing customer to change their filters.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

The water districts are allowed so many particles of fecal matter, urine and chemicals in our drinking water therefore when the filter is full of that stuff it will start to smell and taste bad. Zerowater is doing it's job, unlike Brita which barely touches the fecal matter and urine.
If you want to continue to drink the water after the filter begins to smell and taste bad that's up to you but remember you're drinking what your neighbors are flushing down the toilet, nothing Zerowater put into their filters.
Cheers! I'm just going to change my filter and drink clean water.
How do you know they add a stink bomb?
