Zerowater - Rip Off ...Coupon in Purchase!!!
I just purchased a Zero Water pitcher and Zero Water travel mug. I actually like my purchases. I actually was suggesting both of my daughters to buy your products. I offerec to share the coupon that was enclosed in my purchase. My daughter was enthusiastic about purchasing a pitcher. I was going to mail the coupon to her. Today I looked at the coupon. IT EXPIRED IN 2019!!! Why was it included in my recent purchase if it expired??? Zero Water made me look like a fool who wants to share an expired purchase. I think you owe me (and my daughter) a pitcher. FIX THIS.

Last only 5days!!!

I just started to used Zero water Filter and they just won't last at all. I already used 3 different filters and they all had the same result. it is such a ripoff way too expensive for just 5 days.

User's recommendation: If you want to spend a lot of money just for filter go for it.

Good results Buy it. Had ours 6 yrs. Treat it as plastic that it is with better results.

We have used zero water since 2014. At first we had problems with TDS reading after changing filter. We found that: when we change the filter we clean it in the dishwasher (yes, it seems to do ok in dishwasher) then we do not touch any part of unit as we take all the parts out with our hands covered in fresh rubber gloves. We have not had a problem since with bad smell or water and the filters last at least 1-2 months and we use a lot of water. So, it seems that total sanitary conditions must be met in order to achieve a high degree of satisfaction. I am ok with that because it should be a sanitary process. .I cannot speak for filters made last few years because we stocked up well on filters and took advantage of every coupon we could find. We have not bought filters since 2014 Another situation in the reviews is that it seems to highlight what could be taken as a negative so anyone glancing thru reviews will feel negative.

User's recommendation: Buy it. we had our 3 for 6 yrs. Is worth the effort. why are all reviews titled "pissed customer". Not helpful.

Unhappy

Ive been a Zero user for 5 years now. I have noticed in the last year that the filters are not lasting very long. I dont know if Zero is making cheaper filters and still charging too much to up your bottom line or what is going on. My local water is still showing the same amount of TDS in our water. Has to be the filters. On top of that Zero rarely offers any sales.

Expiring very quick these days

Our filters are expiring much quicker than when we started 3 years ago the last two batches we ordered of 4 pack didn’t last long and more expensive. Why.... If not satisfied with your reason we are going to throw it out and start with another company

Smelly water issue solved

When we first tried the zero water system, after a few weeks the water started to taste and smell fishy. I read the blogs and saw others had the same issue. We changed the filter and this time after filling the top we left the top cover open about an inch. This seemed to let whatever gas was building inside the container dissipate and now there is no smell buildup and the filter lasts much longer. So leave the top open a bit.

User's recommendation: Works as advertised if you leave covet open.

Sick from water filters

Ive been sick for a year with vision issues and gi issues, I started drinking from a zero water pitcher last september and a few weeks later I started getting weird systems eye floaters, focussing issues, headaches and severe gi pain. I ve been drinking only zero water since then, started to put 2 and 2 together, ive been to the doctors and hospitals multiple times and they never find anything wrong with me but obviously there was, i decided to stop drinking the zero water and went back to store water and within a few days I have no gi pain, eye floaters are fading away and no headaches which have been persistent since drinking this water

User's recommendation: Would stay away from.

Entire system--pitcher, TDS tester, and filters flimsy, unreliable, overpriced.

Received pitcher and five filters 3/14/20. Pitcher handle cracked third day; I fixed it with Devcon WeldIt glue and Gorilla Duct Tape. Tester values stupidly unreliable, and couldn't take a chance with health; probably discarded filters too early. Got two MORE filters six days ago and water tested between 890 and 990 AFTER filtering. Filters were installed correctly. I bought this system for health reasons; I've wasted more than $130.00 trying to shelter in place. Asthma, chronic bronchitis.

User's recommendation: Don't bother. Voodoo would be more effective and cheaper.

Terrible filters

Have been using Zerowater filters in NYC for the past several years, each batch of filters goes bad earlier and earlier. The last one lasted barely a month before the water started to taste like iodine. Keep in mind that the TDS readings for NYC tap water are well below 50. It is around 34 in my current building that was built in the 1930s. These filters should last a whole lot longer according to the website. Don't even filter insane amounts of water through them. After 100s of dollars, I'm going to go look for something else.

User's recommendation: Do not buy.
