My ZeroWater gasket, in the spigot of the 23 cup unit, has seemed to catch itself up within the unit. Now, my water trickles out instead of coming out with any force. The trickling has turned what was a wonderful two-year experience of getting 'zero water' into one that has me buying bottled water again. And, after reading recent reviews of the others complainant's issues, I am wondering will I ever be able to get the amazing results that my...

Like another reviewer, I had the gold not orange granules, a little black too, but mostly these tiny gold, round granules like grains of sand or salt, as you can see in the photo I have uploaded. They are coming up from the filter through the screen when you pour water into it, as you can just about make out in the photo. However, if you put the filter in good light, you can see inside all these tiny gold crystals. This has been going on for a...

Anonymous Same thing happened to our filter. The ppm meter measured 001 in the filtered water but began tasting funny as well. To be fair we have used the filter for 2 months or more.

We purchased a new zero water pitcher and filled once a day for 24 straight days using for our coffee. The 25th day i poured a glass of water and the taste was that of a poison. We bought a new one and that last 21 days . I am hoping either we bought defective filters or the tap water in Ann Arbor is so bad it is prematurely clogging the filters .we are now testing every pitcher of water before using for coffee. If third one last less...

I bought what I thought was a great pitcher on July 1, 2016. Water tasted fantastic until 3 weeks later, when we started noticing a fishy taste and smell. Taking it back to walmart and going back to a PUR water pitcher.

These filters are made with micro beads. Micro beads were banned in 2015. The beads filtered out into my glass and I was drinking them.

I love my Zero water pitcher and water dispenser. I've noticed the filter changes more often during different season changes of the year. The water where I live is toxic and I'm so thankful for Zero filter systems. Thank you, the cost is well worth my peace of mind. Remember, your filter only lasts at any length of time, is dependent on the waste produced in the tap water you are using. My Brita filters lasted 3 weeks, Zero 4-7 weeks.

Filtered Carlsbad, Ca water became undrinkable after only 1.5 weeks: NEW 23 cup dispenser and NEW Zerowater filters used. Sterile technique was used during setup; standard lab exclusion techniques by rinsing first with meaurement source water, then filling with sample used to measure source; post filtration water (I am a cardiac surgical professional, and also ex-lab tech!). Tap TLD measured .512 - .542. New filter TLD measured .001. After...

My first experience with the Zero Water system was in Georgia. It was very positive: water tasted great, filters lasted a long time. Only 1 person in the household. My experience changed when I moved to California. I experienced a quicker decline in the quality of the water and the length of time the filter worked before reaching 6. After research, I discovered the problem was in the TDS:total dissolved solids in CA water not with the...

After about 2 weeks the zero water pitcher smelled like nasty fish. I was mixing baby formula with this water! I'm really disappointed in the product. Wish I would've found these hundreds of other reviews others posted about the same problem! They make it sound so great on the commercial! Don't buy this junk!

I have had the 10 cup pitcher for over a year and I have changed the filter once. I test with another TDS meter than the one supplied by Zero. It is best to leave the pitcher dry when not using and fill glass bottles with ready to use water. Hard to find anything else this good. Some parts of the country you will need more filters as the water can have many TDS. My tap water tests .57 PPM TDS but many parts of the country test at .300 or more...

I too have experienced massively gross smelling fish water from my zero water filters/water! It's fine for 2-3 weeks after you change the filter, but after that it starts to smell bad. So it registers zero contaminants, but the smell is horrible and I'm afraid to drink the water at all. I threw away the whole filter away 2 weeks after I bought it, and cleaned the empty pitcher etc, thoroughly. I then replaced it with a brand new filter. ...

Bought a zero water replacement filter for my Brita pitcher. After only 8 days there was an awful fish smell....cleaned everything, still smelled fish. Until my boyfriend poured a glass of water and had to spit it in the sink! It stunk of dead fish....I smelled the pitcher and it to stunk of fish! Needless to say I had to dump the water out and wash the pitcher out. Completely forgetting I used the water in my coffee maker, woke up to coffee...
