We purchased the Zero Water filtration spigot container system. First we had a problem with the suction and it would not drain the water to the bottom from the fill reservoir. Then the same thing many others have posted, fish smell from the water and we are sick after...

It seems as if Zero Water has made it a scam to get us to change the filter more often. If water still goes through the filter it should not get a toxic taste ever. My tap water does not taste toxic. I want to know why I should continue to buy an expensive filter for...

I didn't like
  • Sour taste that stays in my mouth for days
  • Sour taste after only 10 days
  • Cost of filters

Normally last 2 months. Works great until sour taste comes. Is it still ok to drink water once bad taste sets in? Healthy?

You fill up the removable container that sits on top of the "28 cup pitcher". A little bit fills up at the bottom, but that's it. There's no way to fill up the entire pitcher,to do so would defy physics. Waste of $40.00. Returning tomorrow. Dont bother purchasing.

Bought a filtered cup for my pregnant wife. She used it twice and now there is orange color in the filter which I am sure is mildew. The filter never dried after the first use. Total waste of money, never tasted right either after its first use. Stick with Brita, this company hasnt got it figured out yet.

The lid is very hard to remove for refilling the pitcher. Then, it falls off sometimes when you're filling your glass! Water everywhere! Then that indicator pen falls on the floor- do i want to be sticking it into my water now? No! Lastly, the spout on the bottom for...

We used a Zero water filter for years in Victoria, BC. Recently moved to Vernon... now we have to change the filter every 3 weeks or the stench is unbearable, even in the kitchen. Nobody can afford to replace these filters this frequently at nearly 20 dollars a pop. I...

I just came from the dentist. Ive been drinking 150 oz of Zerowater a day. I thought I was thristy from cleaning pools all day in full uv protective clothes. My gums are suddenly receding, and at alarming rate. I have a strict healthy diet. That's very alkaline. I...

After a few weeks of use, whenever we fill the water reservoir just a small amount of water goes through the filter and then stops and the water in the reservoir just sits there. We even changed to a new filter and the same thing happens on the very first pitcher of...
