Recently I purchased two four pack Zerowater filters for my 32 cup dispenser and each of the filters only lasted about 2-3 weeks apiece. When I first purchased the dispenser @ COSTCO each of the filters would clean water to under .006 for about two months each. The tap...

Purchased a 16 pack of filters from the zero water site directly. ($187) the last 4 filters have been horrible. I run the normal 2 pitchers of water through the filter before drinking, and the water still tastes like ***. Thought maybe it was the tap water, so tested...

Bought a filtered cup for my pregnant wife. She used it twice and now there is orange color in the filter which I am sure is mildew. The filter never dried after the first use. Total waste of money, never tasted right either after its first use. Stick with Brita, this company hasnt got it figured out yet.

I have had the pitcher water filter for a while . My only issue is when I fill the top reservoir carbon seems to leak back up and sometimes some yellow gel like substance . It's a new filter but has happened before .

I find youre product to be inconsistent. None of the filters that I have purchase campare to the originally purchased filter that came with the 23 cup dispenser. My tap water varies between 142 and 167 ppm and after the original filter change the ppp were consistenly...

Your 23 Cup Zero System, and the two filter that came with the system, gave me great results, with the ability to refill close to ten times. However, when I made my second purchase of your 4-pack, I noticed that I was not able to get anywhere near the refill, with all...

I bought one to filter water for my humidifier. I empty it about once a day. After only 2 weeks, the water tasted aweful! Kind of a lemon taste. (alkaline?) The water in was about 500 PPM but read 800 after the filter. When I pour 2ppm filtered water into it, the...

I liked
  • Filters much better than brita
I didn't like
  • Cost of filter for amount filtered
  • Undrinkable after 2 pitcherfuls
  • Acid taste of water after only 1 week

Lot of older cities have cast iron plumbing over time it corrodes towns will flush their hydrants thus why you need a whole house filter and under sink filter changed maybe every few months or so on top of the brita system this should greatly improve the taste, there...

We bought the large zero water dispenser for our fridge, we used to have a brita. We love the taste, but the filters need to replaced every month and they are so expensive. The part that *** me off is that the inner part that holds the filter is so difficult to get...
