I purchase my (4pack filters) at Bed Bath Beyond, Flint, MI...the boxes were damaged, some opened...I found one not visably damaged. Nevertheless, i installed two filters (one to large container, and small) Both leaked at the seal, one is broken on the edge!
I called the store, they said i need a reciept (which i did not keep).....I think your company should know the store treated your product and consummer with out carefull handeling... I doupt you will contact me or resulve this matter. If not, i am going to find a different brand filter system...I have used your filters for over 2 years now, yet this is not the first time i have had a problem...
If you want me to contiue use, and/or refer you, please confinsate me. this is expensive and a matter of life and health for the area which i live.....Flint area
