Zerowater - Leaks and no response from customer service

I got the zero water system because of its claims and a friend has one that she loves. It's true that it does a great job purifying the water.
I have not had any trouble with the filter not lasting very long. Mine is still going strong. And I have had no smells or favors. I've got the big pitcher and it has a push button mechanism that delivers the water.
It leaks bad and no one from customer service people don't respond to emails at all. I don't even get a email saying someone will get back to me.
I'm not sure what to do. I won't buy another for suede.

Your either filling it passed the white ring or you have a defective float valve if you call them the will send you a new float valve free of charge I have mine about 6 years change the float valve once a year my cooler gets filled at least twice a day that's a ton of water. Saved a ton on water
I emailed them about the same problem and got a response indicating that I should call them for a replacement. Within a couple of weeks they had sent me, free of charge, the inner portion of the pitcher where the spigot is.
Had same problem on my first 8 cup pitcher. Found the problem to be an O-ring on
the inside of the spigot.
Emptied the pitcher and put the O-ring back on. Have not had
a problem since.
How do I put the O ring back in?
I also have a leaking pitcher and have emailed customer service 3 times without the courtesy of a reply. I have also complained to Bed Bath & Beyond about the lack of Zero customer service and they responded that they had many complaints about the same issue and would probably be discontinuing carrying the product.
