Your 23 Cup Zero System, and the two filter that came with the system, gave me great results, with the ability to refill close to ten times. However, when I made my second purchase of your 4-pack, I noticed that I was not able to get anywhere near the refill, with all of them only giving me less then half-a-dozen refills.

Two your new filters barely gave me two refills. I became very upset with this. I wanted to see why this was happening, and upon opening two of the filters, I saw both filters not having a 5 filter system. All it had, as shown in your cutaway filter, was the orange substance and no five filter system.

Someone must be sabotaging your filter, putting just one part of the filter substance. I think you should make your filter with an eighth of an inch (1/8") wide window, that runs from the top to the bottom., so that the five filter system can be seen in its place. I really enjoyed your water taste and longevity on your first two filters, but after 2 - 4 packs with hardly any longevity, I said, "No More". Put that side window for verification of those five filter and I'll purchase your filters.
