Zerowater - The water from zero water causes a sticky, waxy residue that coats my kettle.
I have a new electric kettle in which I boil water from the zero water pitcher. I have been noticing that the lid is difficult to remove and I have to force it down to close it.
The kettle is electric and is used on a table so the substance is not grease from frying.
The waxy substance/film is also on the inside. I washed it with soap and a rough scotch-brite and the stuff remains.
I then washer it with "Awesome" which is a degreaser and it still remains.
My theory is that something in the water reacts to the heat and clings to the metal. I am concerned about what that can be doing to me internally.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
