Zerowater - Worst product ever
I bought this product in May, 2017 thinking it might save some money buying bottled water is expensive. I set the system up tested the water and it tested 000 as the instructions said to keep an eye on the filtration to my surprise after only one 23 cup container was put through it was already testing at 002, within 10 days it was testing at 006.
I changed the filter only to discover the same, these filters are not lasting mire than 10 days. At a cost of $30.00 for two filters the don't even last a full two weeks, what a rip-off. I called customer service who told me because I live in what they call a "hot zone", there is nothing they could do about how long the filters last. If you live in Nevada or Arizona, it's probably not a good idea to purchase this product.
Unless of course money is not an issue for you as you will have to change filters weekly. Cheaper to buy bottled water!!!!!!!!
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Zerowater Cons: Bad customer service.

Interesting that the answer to filters not lasting very long is to buy more filters! You might at least try to assure consumers that your engineers are working to try and develop longer lasting filters, but I guess that probably wouldn't be true as I'm sure you want to sell as many filters as possible.
Anyway, this doesn't matter too much as this product is not recommended anyway. DI water is not healthy, and should be avoided.
Although, maybe after a couple weeks the filters aren't producing zero TDS water anyway so... Confusing.
Thank you for your product review. Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
While it is true that in areas with high TDS reading filter life will be short. We do have some cost saving offers available to make the filters more affordable.
We offer a 16 PK of filters at $159.99, a 12 pk of filters for $129.99, and continuity program that ships a 4 PK of filters every 60 days for $42.99, every 90 days for $44.99 or every 120 days for $47.99. All of these ship at no additional cost to you.
I can see now that this needs to go to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General.. This is unacceptable,.
I will not purchase again and have replaced youritcher with another Brita.
