I have been using Zero water, blue jug, for the past 5/6 years and was very happy with the quality of the water but with the last couple of filters that I bought I have been having the same issues as everyone else on this forum. The filter cartridge does not last as long as it did with the same use also the quality of the water is not the same as before, I feel that the quality of the filters has been compromised as the company is trying to sell more filters ( which are way more expensive then the other filters in the market) I usually order a pack of four filters which I run out of in less then a month now because of taste and smell issues....... When I am finished with this pack I am going to switch to another brand of water filters clearly the company in not producing the same strandard product that they started with.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

When you notice a difference in taste/smell this means the filter has been exhausted. Filter life depends on your household water consumption and the amount of TDS in you unfiltered tap water.

We cannot determine if the filter failed prematurely as we have no indication of your tap water quality nor the daily water consumption. We will have customer service contact you to find out more information.
