You fill up the removable container that sits on top of the "28 cup pitcher". A little bit fills up at the bottom,but that's it. There's no way to fill up the entire pitcher,to do so would defy physics. Waste of $40.00. Returning tomorrow. Dont bother purchasing.

I keep getting this foul smelling water -like fish from the filter. Only used the filter for about a month. ....is this what I can expect each time the filter needs to br replaced. It is so embarrassing when you offer your guests a glass of water. Going back to bottled water.

22 days it took for filter to make sour water out of the tap location Arizona water the sad part is I was using water for formula for my child I'm very upset I will never use a filtration system. Will keep going and driving to my water mart . Got it at Walmart for 45 dollars . I made sure they gave me my receipt back really bad product.
