Zerowater - Worked at first and then smelled and tasted like fish.

We bought a pitcher that came with 2 filters. It worked great for a few months. Then it smelled like fish. We thought maybe we had submerged the pitcher with other dishes so we washed the pitcher and put in the new filter. After a couple months, the same thing happened. It started to smell and taste like fish. Yuk! I'm going back to a Brita pitcher.

I can't believe how much this system and replacement filters cost per gallon. You'd be better off just ordering Sparklets or Arrowhead delivered right to your doorstep for that matter. Don't buy it! It only filters about six or seven gallons at best, I guess depending...

Zerowater - Chemical Flavor

The water starts out tasting good and then, after a couple of weeks, it begins tasting like a chemistry experiment. That's too soon a fail to be viable. It would be acceptable if the water reverted back to its original tap flavor, but the chemical taste is a deal breaker. I've stopped using the system and am searching for an alternative.

I bought this water purifier at Target 5 days ago. I attempted on the third day to obtain a glass of water from the spigot and the water would not come out. I believe this unit poured OK for two days then the water appeared to come out slower and slower until it...

Zerowater - The button to release the water is difficult to operate.

I am a senior citizen with arthritis and my prior system had a easy to use latch, pull down push up. This one is hard to use and push in and hold in and takes 2 hands to operate, very clumsy. I would think your R&D department would have had a no brainer on that ASAP. Shocking really.

The ZeroWater pitchers are very poorly designed. The 10 cup filter set up is so unstable that the the top falls off due to the weight of the filter when you pour water beyond a 45 degree angle. The pour spout does not open until there is a significant force from the...

I agree it isn't possible to pour into a coffee maker and not make a mess.

I have used the Zero Water system and pitcher for years now. For the most part I'm very happy. I think the filter is high quality and I enjoy the taste.....with one caveat. If you don't change the filter often enough, it changes quickly to a very sour, lemony taste of...

Zerowater - *** pitcher

You fill up the removable container that sits on top of the "28 cup pitcher". A little bit fills up at the bottom, but that's it. There's no way to fill up the entire pitcher,to do so would defy physics. Waste of $40.00. Returning tomorrow. Dont bother purchasing.

After a few weeks of use, whenever we fill the water reservoir just a small amount of water goes through the filter and then stops and the water in the reservoir just sits there. We even changed to a new filter and the same thing happens on the very first pitcher of...
