I keep getting this foul smelling water -like fish from the filter. Only used the filter for about a month. ....is this what I can expect each time the filter needs to br replaced. It is so embarrassing when you offer your guests a glass of water. Going back to bottled water.

22 days it took for filter to make sour water out of the tap location Arizona water the sad part is I was using water for formula for my child I'm very upset I will never use a filtration system. Will keep going and driving to my water mart . Got it at Walmart for 45 dollars . I made sure they gave me my receipt back really bad product.

I purchased zero water filter 23 cups last week.it worked well for 1 week.And the water now tasts sour.I am told by customer support that zero water is not recommended for phoenix as TDS is rated as 600 in this area and we can only get 4-5 gallons of water per filter. I am returning it back in walmart.

This set-up with extra filters cost me over $200.00 and I can't return them for a refund. Please look elsewhere for a water cooler filter system. Bought the 10c pitcher and filter.Could barely get the 2 piece lid open and then it never seated properly again. Have to hold lid closed when pouring. The very expensive filter didn't even last 2 weeks and not only did it smell but turned the inside filter area grey. I tested the water and it always says '0' so I am pretty sure the tester is in accurate as well. These filters cost twice as much as my Brita and have to be changed every 2-3 weeks....
