This filter initially tasted very good.I thought I had found the filter I was looking for until it started smelling fishy. The filter would sometimes last only weeks until it started smelling fishy again. I have bought another filter and will not be using this again. What is the fishy smell from? It smells very much like it has a bacterial problem. I have nothing left to say but I have to say that I'm expected to have at least 100 words. I hope...

Zerowater Water Filter Review
We purchased a new zero water pitcher and filled once a day for 24 straight days using for our coffee. The 25th day i poured a glass of water and the taste was that of a poison. We bought a new one and that last 21 days . I am hoping either we bought defective filters or the tap water in Ann Arbor is so bad it is prematurely clogging the filters .we are now testing every pitcher of water before using for coffee. If third one last less...

I HAVE HAD THIS FILTER FOR ONLY 3 WEEKS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE WATER TASTES AWFUL. IT HAS AN ACIDIC TASTE. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BY PHONE AND LEFT A MESSAGE SINCE THEY DID NOT ANSWER. HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY FROM THEM. ALSO SENT AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS RETURNED UNDELIVERED TWICE. OBVIOUSLY ZERO WATER IS NOT INTERESTED IN MAKING GOOD THE PROMISES THEY DO WHEN THEY ADVERTISE THIS PRODUCT. THEIR CUSTOMER...

I fill it only a couple of times a week so you can understand that I have not used many gallons of water over that course yet I'm on my second set of filters - why? because some really odd, acidic taste shows up after a while and it's undrinkable - this is water I give to my dog as well and if I'm in a hurry and don't taste the water every time I filter it - I run the risk of him not being able to drink it while I'm away at work... I can't...

The filtered particles stay in the filter so they fill up faster than in areas with lower TDS. When used after reading all of the information the filters work perfectly. They filter more *** in more ways and are totally worth the price. No other comes close to this filtration and people should worry about what the things that aren't filtered by other brands that are out there. The US has water supply contaminated with industrial waste and pesticide. With 5 stages of filtration Zerowater...

We have used Zero Water 23 cup countertop setup as well as the large free standing unit. We are into our 7th year and have never bad any issues. Our first 3 years was in So. Calif. where yjere was a large amount of particulate matter. Our present residemce is in an area with much less pollutants. We are delighted that the filter removes heavy metals which have now been found in our water. We wont be using any other filter..

I have been a loyal customer of ZeroWater for many years! The last two filters gave me a light on the tester that failed for testing water in 2 separate pitchers. I currently have 6 pitchers; 4 tested OK the same day! The life cycle in both of these filters were 3 refills and 4 refills of the ZeroWater filters! What is going on? Also I tried to replace my testing meter via Amazon. I experienced ordering issues with Amazon, that would not allow...

My review is the zero water 23 cup container. I've had two of these break, each after about a year of use. What happens is that in both case, the dispenser button breaks off due to the force being applied from the spring used to keep the button pressed out. I find it incredible that a company who charges so much for the filters continues to make a dispenser which is designed to fail. If you look at other companies who are in this business,...

The filter then releases whatever it inside it back into the water when its full. The filters are $15 each which is far too expensive to replace that often. I called customer support as to why they wear out so quick, and they said it's just how it is. You will also wait on the phone for a good 20 minutes each time you call. Its all around an annoying experience. When the filter is working it works great but the cons outweigh the pros with the...

I just bought the filter and used it for the first time yesterday. The water has never turned to 000, the lowest it's been is 004. Today it showed me readings of 006 and 008.

I changed my filter a month ago and the water tastes terrible. Metallic/almost vinegary. The Tap water tastes good but living in California causes safety concerns. I followed directions to install the new filter. Your thoughts?
