Zerowater - Fishy Water Smell

Started smelling a fishy smell and realized it's coming from my zero water filter. Open up my filter which is brand new and within a week it had grown mold and all kinds of nasty stuff growing. I have tried to call the company 9 times and have gotten the run around and not one person has asked my name or in a contact information. Would not recommend zero water filters.

I have a new electric kettle in which I boil water from the zero water pitcher. I have been noticing that the lid is difficult to remove and I have to force it down to close it. The kettle is electric and is used on a table so the substance is not grease from frying....

If you need to gently drip water on the top of the filter, then that should be clearly stated in the directions. I have simply turn on my water Fossett like I would normally turn it on and fill the water picture. It is now and just simply unusable. And this is all...

It's great tasting water, till the nasty taste shockingly starts, but who can afford $45+ a month! Something's wrong when it lasts only 1 day more even though the TDS was so much better. Their filters should cost about $3-$5 and even that is a little high. This...

I agree that the filters don't last long enough and are too expensive. My filters last about 1 1/2 weeks. The water tastes so good, but I can't afford the filters at this rate...

Have you contracted a third world country to make these filters? You need to fix it or lose us all forever! All of your beautiful commercial campaigns will not fix your consumer opinion unless you admit your fault and put your product back to #zerowater quality....

I have been using my zero water filter for years. The older design filter with the black o ring type of gasket were fine. The new design with the non-removable blue gasket quit filtering the water through the reservoir in just a few weeks. My tester still shows 001 or...

I've had a zero water pitcher for over year. I've never had to change the filter and my water which comes from a Creek is clean and delicious. When my grandson was born I bought a table top "zero water" for my daughter to use for his formula. A few weeks ago the baby...
