The pack didn't seem to have been tampered with by the Post Office so I went to their web page and described problem with my order number and never heard back from them. Finally called and talked to the sales department and they said that they shipped two in the pack. I opened it and was only one. Saleslady pretty much told me that the invoice said two and that's that!!! She suggested that I go to the Post Office and file a claim. I guess Zerowater...

The thing that may cause many buyers to get poor filtering results with the large filters is the fact that when you first use a new filter it will have a lot of air trapped inside it, which prevents water from contacting all of the filter material. I found the solution to be pouring some water in and then putting the end of a turkey baster onto the screen of the filter and sucking the air out with it. You'll know you got all the air out when no...

With Official Company Response

When I test the water with the tester, i get a light coming on that from what I understand means that the water is not 100% Zero Water. 2. There was a coupon in the box of the zero water when I purchased it and it states that I am to give to the casher for special discount price on the electronic tester. How was I supposed to know to show the coupon to the cashier at purchase when it was inside the box?or The cashier should to advise me...

I am on my second 23-cup Zero Water pitcher. The first one, after literally years of high use cracked and leaked. In the past I kept the pitcher in the refrigerator to dispense wonderful tasting water. Lately I've had it close to the sink for ease of refilling. I typically drink a gallon of water every day. It has always been my preferred drink. Occasionally now my water developers the fishy odor others complain about. I began draping a dish...

When I fill the reservoir I do not over fill it making sure the filtered water that sits is usually about 3 to 4 inches high total. (which is a pain in the neck if more than one person drinks from it. PROBLEM 2: The filter only lasts about 10 days with very conservative use of one person. That's just not good enough. Anything over the 10 days of conservative use (Water level is never more than 4 inches deep), and the water tastes undrinkable....

Every morning when I wake up, I drink a full glass of water from my Zero-water pitcher & it tastes fine. Yesterday for some reason, the water tasted like I had a plastic bag in my mouth. The filter was changed only two days before & yes, I always run 3 pitchers of water through it before drinking it. I also make sure to wash the plastic pitcher, filter holder & cover thoroughly once a week, rinse & dry it with a paper towel. Not sure why...

when i was trying to put the filter in it wouldn't go in until chris had to pretty much push it in, yes we were going by the directions. i'm shocked it didn't break. now the entire top pieces won't stay in place while i'm trying to pour some water into a glass. at first the taste was great then after a while some how it tasted crappy. i've only owned it for less than a month. i'm not going to just set that aside and get another one. i can't...

At first it was great but then after every refill the water tasted worse. I had to stop using it because the water tasted vinegar and was sickly sweet. It is now a dust collector. I was dumb and lost my receipt so my hard earned money went down the drain, like the water from this pitcher. There was no instructions in the box that told what to do if certain thing happened if the water came out tasting like ***. I am so terribly disappointed in...

The Water from Thor tap read 54 before filtrering through. When I changed to the third filter, the Water would not pass through the filter...only 1-2 cups, then it stoppet. We changed the filter and put in filter #4. The same thing happened again..... I have read that others experienced the same problem and I am very disappointed, as I liked the taste of the water. Yes, you need to take minerals to supplement for the filtration of all minerals...

We have been keeping a tally of the amount of water we get out of each filter. So far it appears to be cost effective for us when comparing to buying bottled spring water. We check the TDS every morning and change the filter when it registers above 0. We also love the taste!! Hopefully we continue to have good results. It appears this forum is for pissed off customers, but I thought this would help balance it out a little for those actually...

Yea, like we suspected, they don't work as well as advertised. Don't waste your $ just install a 20" carbon filter for 20 bucks. They last weeks if not a month and work just as well.

After buying a Zerowater pitcher, the water just came out tasting like acid or lemon on the first pour to the 100th pour with no improvement. Expensive. Disappointed. THANKS FOR STEALING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY, ZEROWATER.

These filters are made with micro beads. Micro beads were banned in 2015. The beads filtered out into my glass and I was drinking them.
