I have been using Zero water, blue jug, for the past 5/6 years and was very happy with the quality of the water but with the last couple of filters that I bought I have been having the same issues as everyone else on this forum. The filter cartridge does not last as long as it did with the same use also the quality of the water is not the same as before, I feel that the quality of the filters has been compromised as the company is trying to sell...

tasted like sea water. We just threw the water out and tested our tap water 100+ and refilled and tested the zero again...still 424. Going to try Brita. I haven't contacted the company yet to see if there is something they would do about this but was glad to see it wasn't me who thought i was going crazy and wanted to give it another try. I may buy another filter to go with it but if not it will be out with the garbage next week. Truly...

I have been using the zero water filters for more than six months and am happy with the results, however the latest filter I installed will simply not work. Water flows through it at an extremely slow rate, compared with past filters, and the flow will completely stop after the water is only an inch or two deep in the tank. I've had air locks in the filters before and this issue is resolved by removing the filter and letting it drain out. That...

Yea, like we suspected, they don't work as well as advertised. Don't waste your $ just install a 20" carbon filter for 20 bucks. They last weeks if not a month and work just as well.

After buying a Zerowater pitcher, the water just came out tasting like acid or lemon on the first pour to the 100th pour with no improvement. Expensive. Disappointed. THANKS FOR STEALING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY, ZEROWATER.

These filters are made with micro beads. Micro beads were banned in 2015. The beads filtered out into my glass and I was drinking them.

I thought that Zero water Filter was the best on the market. I bought it thinking that finally I have found one that filters all impurities and lead. But in 2 weeks I noticed a fishy odour, acid taste and loose particles in the water. What's going on here? I am shocked to discover that this seems to be the experience of so many others. This water made my stomach feel upset. At first I didn't want to accept that its the water until I realised...

I purchased a Zero Water Bottle directly from Zerowater.com , I assumed it would fit a ceramic style dispenser. I have not been able to find any dispenser that will fit the bottle design, ( zera water bottle does not look like a standard 5 gallon bottle ). All the dispensers I see on line are $150.00 and up. This is for home use , that price does not fit a home style budget no mention of dispenser style needed was in zero water sale...

it did not seem to have gone through, and I am forced to write another "100 words minimum" complaint! I got a zerowater filter set less than 2 months ago. After a little while, the water give off a fishy smell, although the filtered water is ok (the light did not come on when the tester is inserted into it). The smell becomes stronger by the day. I want you to explain to me the cause of this, and based on the other reviews, it doesn't seem be...

We got a zerowater filter set a little over a month ago, and after 3 to 4 weeks, the water started to give off a fishy smell -- and tastes "fishy" too (although the indicator showed that the water is still ok). The top layer --presumably activate carbon -- also started to come off bit by bit. Why is that? Does it mean that the screen openings on the top are expanded? I do not see any sign of tear on the screen. I need to understand why is there...

You can tell when its time to change the filter in a Zerowater pitcher because the water smells like dead fish and has a horrible taste- I replaced the filter for over $15.00 -it lasted a few days, then the water started tasting like vinegar. I'm done. I threw the piece of *** in the dumpster. Horrible experience- this was supposed to be the best pitcher on the market, better than Brita but that's not what my experience has been. I'm going back...

Hello Sir, I bought zero water 23 cup pitcher from my local Walmart store. Initially it was ok but within 2 weeks the water started tasting sour and acidic.I used normally on an average 4 liter a day so it only gave water 14*4=56 liters and the water turned badIt tastes sour and acidic. The meter reading started showing 257 ppm. This means the product is not working as per the specifications mentioned. I want to return the product and get money...
