Been using Zero water filters for a couple of years and the filters longevity varies month to month. So does the TDS in my tap water. I keep the pitcher in the fridge, cannot imagine how one gets moldy. I wash the pitcher between filter changes. I can taste the change...

I recently purchased the large water dispenser that has the spigot to get the water out. It is too soon to tell if the filter gets used up too soon and I have not experienced any bad taste or smell at this point. The one problem I did encounter, however, was a small...

Zerowater - Acidic Taste of water

I bought a zero water filter less than one month ago. My water read 000. Now, my Zero Water filtered water is measuring way worse than the water coming out of my tap. It also tastes acidic. I am considering going back to Brita.

Zerowater - Disappointed

You would think that the designers could have done two things. 1: Design lid that fits securely. 2: Design a filter that has a top that holds at least a cup of water. The present filter runs slow and requires constant attention to ad water. A lager filter top would allow the user to not have to stay by the unit adding small amounts of water until the pitcher is full. stupid stupid stupid {{redacted}}
